what brand wastegate is that and were did you get it?

this combo has a 14lb wastegate on it and if you look close you can see the pressure line going to the lower side of the wastegate to get 7lbs too 14lbs of boost controll.

Why isnt the vaccum line hooked up to the wastegate?

No.. this combo is draw-throu and do not use blow off valves.

does it have a blow off valve?

damn i cant get over the way it sounds as it winds down...
