The ecu do suck I have went through 3 of them. If you can get a E-prom ECU they seem to be better. The car was not stock it had a small 16g with all the supporting mods. You can also launch them a lot as long as you slip your clutch right. 90 & 91 had problem with the 3 bolt rear end but I did a 4 bolt swap. Doing donuts is the hardest thing on the Trans it will shred the gears right off the center diff where it meets the input shaft.
Doesn't the AWD turbo Eclipse tear up the drive line if you do that more than 6 times? I thought those would only muster a 14 second quarter as a stock unit. I have the turbo Laser version of that, and I am having troubles with the ECU on it. I can't believe how junky and unreliable the ECU is.

Bull shit. The 2.5L had like 95hp and was RWD. 1g DSM has over 200hp and this one is AWD. So you're just full of shit. What kind of piece of shit do you drive now? Huh?
